As you approach HRMC follow the signs that read West Wing Medical Plaza.
This will put you behind the hospitals main entrance. It is the same area as the outpatient services area.
Park behind the hospital and enter by the blue sliding glass door. Once in the lobby immediately turn left towards the double automatic doors and enter the elevators.
Take to the fourth floor. Make a right out of the elevators and you will see a sign for Plaza Family Care.
